I am Marsha Parcou, a Transformation Life Coach, certified NLP Practitioner, and entrepreneur based in the Seychelles. My mission is to empower people, especially professional women, to live their best lives by becoming the best version of themselves.

 

As the founder of Fasinasyon, a lifestyle brand promoting holistic well-being, I offer services such as life coaching, beauty and skincare products, health, nutrition and exercise programs. Fasinasyon is designed to provide women with the tools and support they need to nurture their body, mind and soul.

 

Accredited by the Health Coach Institute, I combine International Coach Federation (ICF) tools with my unique coaching framework to guide clients through meaningful transformations. Over the past four years, I’ve also developed meal plans to enhance health and well-being. My expertise in wellness and productivity helps individuals and teams achieve clarity, balance, and growth.

 

As one of the few certified NLP practitioners in Seychelles, I integrate traditional coaching with powerful NLP techniques to drive personal and professional breakthroughs. My work has led to improved team productivity, personal clarity and lasting change, with testimonials highlighting my ability to connect deeply with clients.

 

I’ve been featured on platforms like Seychelles Broadcasting Cooperation (SBC), Forbes Africa, and Brainz Magazine and have authored two books: Becoming a Fanm Fasinasyon and Coffee, Chocolate, and Cardio, co-written with my partner, Kirsch-Lee. Both focus on personal growth, self-compassion and holistic wellness.

 

I’ve spoken at events such as the Women in Leadership workshop for Hilton Hotels and International Women’s Day, and I’ve coached organizations like the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority and Four Seasons Hotel Seychelles. With experience across diverse cultural backgrounds, I tailor my coaching approach to resonate globally.
